We love helping our guests create memorable celebrations and corporate events. We offer a variety of spaces and menus to suit small social gatherings to large corporate events. Email Kate at info@firestationeatery.co.nz and we will help you plan your perfect event.
Set menus, finger food, and sharing plate menus must be pre-ordered at least 7 days prior to the function. Buffet menus are subject to a minimum spend and require full payment 7 days prior to the function.

UPSTAIRS
RESTAURANT
Experience our delicious food in a warm cosy comfortable environment with top notch service. A beautiful space that celebrates the heritage of the building with exposed original brickwork, stunning windows and a fireplace adding to the warmth and charm of the space.
A large open room with warm textures, soft furnishings, fireplace and pendant lights. This area is ideal for large celebrations and corporate events. Access is via two flights of stairs.
Seats: 60 dining or 75 standing
Private hire (a pre-paid minimum spend applies)
Monday – Sunday, 11am – 3:30pm: $1000 minimum spend
Monday – Thursday & Sunday, 5pm – 10pm: $1500 minimum spend
Fri – Sat, 5pm – late: $2000 minimum spend

DOWNSTAIRS
RESTAURANT
A warm and welcoming space to enjoy a delicious meal. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is open all day, seven days a week (except Christmas day). We have an extensive menu to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Our flexible table layout allows us to accommodate groups of all sizes, and our experienced and friendly waiter will serve you at the table so that you don’t have to lift a finger. Wheelchair friendly.
You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake for no additional charge and you will never see a surcharge added on public holidays.
Seats: 40 dining, wheelchair accessible
Menu options: All Day Menu or Set Menu
BAR AREA
Take a seat next to the bar at one of our comfortable high tables or booths.
It’s the perfect casual setting for your next get -together with family and friends or after work drinks and nibbles.
Seats: High tables, seats 55 guests + room for an extra 15 standing.
If you need a little privacy, ask for the semi-private booth beside the restaurant. Seats 14 guests.

COURTYARD
Step through the entrance into our welcoming indoor-outdoor courtyard — the perfect spot for casual drinks, relaxed gatherings, or small celebrations. Fully heated and sheltered with adjustable louvre pergolas for sunny days, the space offers a mix of low and high tables and is wheelchair accessible for everyone’s comfort.
Seats: 40 Dinning + room for an extra 20 standing

A vibrant outdoor space perfect for lunchtime catch-ups, sunny afternoon drinks, or relaxing while the little ones enjoy the kids’ play corner. Semi-covered with adjustable louvre pergolas, the area can be opened up on sunny days to make the most of the outdoors. You’re welcome to bring your friendly dog too (garden bar only)
Seats: 70 casual dining + room for extra 20 standing.
